The buildings are constructed using tilt-wall and structural steel frames with masonry facades. This site includes features such as outdoor fireplaces, custom made water fountains, stone detention ponds, 18’ tall masonry screening walls, detailed masonry pavers at sidewalk areas, outdoor café, playground and community park. It included complete finish out of Pier 1 Imports, DSW Shoes, Kirkland's and Nordstorm Rack. -
Ferrari of Dallas Dealership

Description:
When Ferrari of Dallas wanted to build a new facility they asked Ridgemont to provide design/build services, teamed with Gensler and Hoover Project Management. The 52,000 s.f. building sits on about 3.5 acres and includes a 10,000 s.f. showroom, 22,000 s.f. climate controlled service center and 20,000 s.f. second-floor mezzanine containing offices and a climate controlled vehicle storage area. The exterior facade consists of tilt-wall concrete panels, a glass curtain wall system, natural limestone veneer, angled EIFS soffits and granite monument features. -
Texas Orthopedic Specialists
Location: Bedford, Texas
Description:
This two story, 26,200 sf, complete Design-Build project consist of 22 exam rooms, MRI facility, two x-ray rooms, physical theraphy, and administrative support areas. The exterior façade is clad with honed Brazilian limestone, plaster and synthetic stone veneers. Some unique exterior features include a drive thru port-a-cache and a meditation garden with a rough sawn cedar arbor. -
Granite Point Industrial Park
Location: Denton, Texas
Description:
This Industrial Warehouse Development consisted of two industrial/office buildings, located on 49 acres in Denton, Texas. The project scope included mass excavation, landscaping and underground utilities for the overall master planned development including TXDOT access road construction. The two buildings were constructed over moisture conditioned/chemical injected building pads and utilized concrete tilt-wall and conventional joist roof structure design. Additional features included single ply roof system, dock high overhead doors, and ESFR sprinkler system. -
St. Alcuin Montessori School
Location: Addison, Texas
Description:
Located near Addison Circle and just off the Dallas North Tollway, sits the corporate headquarters of Delinea, a provider of processes, applications and technology services used by energy firms to effectively grow and manage their businesses. This project's high-end, eclectic office space consist of radiused walls and odd angled corridors to give the space an unconventional layout. The space flows extremely well and contains some uniquely shaped work environments. The atmosphere is comfortable, and enables the employees to work in an office that is not only inviting, but also flexible and functional.

James Avenue Service Center
Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Description:
Located just south of downtown Fort Worth Texas, this facility sits on 26 acres and offers over 200,000 square feet of start of the art equipment services. The massive facilities consist of concrete tilt wall and structural steel. The Service Center includes a Fuel Facility for all city vehicles, car wash bays, vehicle maintenance bays for both cars and large trucks, and houses the shops for all of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing needs for the City of Fort Worth buildings. The facility boasts many special features including three 5-ton cranes built into the structure to allow maintenance workers to lift large engines out of vehicles, vehicle exhaust designed to attach to each vehicle to allow the workers to operate in a safe environment, and technology that allows each department, fire, police or maintenance, to be serviced with each department being billed by using their individual I.D. cards. This Ridgemont project was completed two months ahead of the target schedule in spite of the complex nature of the project using over 20 different vendors to install all of the variety of equipment

Cambridge Headquarters
Location: Dallas, Texas
Description:
Close coordination made this occupied high-end Class A office space remodel a success. Weekly planning meetings kept both parties ahead of schedule and helped mitigate logistical conflicts. Top two floors (59 & 60) at Comerica Bank Tower included complete demo and remodel of the break room to serve not only as an employee break room, but also as a modern and multi-functional gathering space for entertaining clients. The conference and boardrooms were updated with new finishes, custom cabinetry and paneling. Both floors and lobby were updated with new floors and wall finishes.
